Hello friends! Here is where you will be able to find out about our shop policies.
All products are designed by Honey & Bloom and are printed and produced in the USA. We are passionate about our work and hope that you will find as much joy in them as it is for us to produce them.
I accept payment via Paypal. If you don't already have an account set up go to www.paypal.com, it's really easy to set up, I promise!
Payment is expected at the time of purchase, please note orders are not shipped until payment is complete. Unpaid orders will be cancelled within 2 day if I don't receive an e-mail from you to discuss a possible problem. That being said, problems do come up with payment once in awhile, so if you're having a problem send me an e-mail and we'll figure something out. Made to order items are not started until payment is complete.
USPS First Class Mail is the default method of shipment for any item shipping within the United States. The purchased item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 days of payment.
For all buyers abroad, your purchase will be shipped via First Class International. Any duties or customs fees that may arise upon delivery is the responsibility of the Buyer and not Honey & Bloom.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you decide that your order is not quite right, I will be more than happy to exchange it for you.
Please note: Goods must be unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered. You will need to pay for the shipping of your exchange item(s). Exchange requests cannot be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
