Did you know that hoop dance is the latest fitness sensation making headlines? From the hottest gyms and dance studios to trendy night clubs all over the country, not only is it a great way to get fit, hooping is also a TON OF FUN!

Today’s hoops are bigger and heavier than the hula hoops you may remember from childhood. This enables the hooper to have more control over his or her body movements. (It also provides a better workout). The bigger the hoop, the slower it spins, which makes it easier to manipulate and even dance with! Beginners tend to lean more towards large hoops while the experienced hooper may opt for a small, fast hoop. Our hoop maker has been crafting hoops for more than three years and takes pride in her creations. Each hoop is hand-made with care and constructed for optimal performance and longevity.

Our hoops are split into three categories:

Signature Monster Hoops - Sturdy, durable and weighing about 1.5 lbs, this is our most popular style. A great hoop for beginners, the Signature Monster Hoop is large, comfortable and slow-moving. Friction tape provides added grip so the hoop will 'stick' to your body. Therefore, even the novice hooper will experience instant success!

Lightweight Monster Hoops - Also constructed from durable material, these are similar to our Signature Monster Hoops in asthetics, but they are lighter and smaller in size. A great hoop for the intermediate to advanced hooper who enjoys lightning fast reverses, breaks and spins. Also doubles as a child's hoop.

Ultra Lightweight Monster Hoops - These are small, fast and very light. Often used for tricks and spins by advanced hoop dancers. Purchase two of the same size for twin/ poi-style hooping! Also perfect for children.

Each hoop is hand made, using industrial tubing and decorative tapes. At Hoola Monsters, we view hoop-making as an art form, and we love making hoops almost as much as we love to hoop dance. Therefore, we are confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase.
