Graduate of U.C.L.A. with a B.A. degree in English, Creative Writing and Keller Graduate School of Management, Irvine, CA, with a Masters in Telecommunications Management degree (MTM). Time Warner Cable as a cable television account executive. Many of art pieces have appeared in books of poetry and are illustrations for poems. .Author and illustrator of five self published poetry chapbooks included in this collection From the Santa Ana Train Station, Sunset on California, 24 Hours Lost Hope, Millennium Madness Can Not Compare to Literal Madness, and Technophobia. Many included paintings and poems have been published in Acorn, Adobe Abalone, The Art of Poetry, The Black Rose, Coffee Shop Poetics, Confection, Creative Voice, Dublin Poetry Journal, Doon Valley Poetry Journal, and Wired Hearts Magazine. He is resident of Laguna Hills, CA.

Preferred media for art is paint with Acrylics, oil, pen and Ink drawings. Howard's wife Doreen is a potter. She spins her functional pottery in the back Yard on her wheel; hand builds her work, while firing the pottery at Saddleback College. All of her work is dishwasher safe and can be used to eat and cook with.
