Typical turn around time is 4-5 days depending on the size of the order, customization, and how many orders we are working on at the time (Holiday orders may take a little longer). You will be notified by "convo" of your expected turn around time.

When placing an order, if there are any over charges in shipping rates, we will refund the difference back to your Pay-Pal account if the over charge amount is over $2.00.
