I'm very pleased to announce that as of 2/25/09, 5% of all Hurley Sashimi etsy sales will be donated to Kamay at Puso (Hand & Heart), a US-based not-for-profit organization committed to helping communities in the Philippines lead healthy and self-sustaining lives. Through advocacy, awareness-building, and fundraising programs, KAP gathers resources to provide social services, medical assistance, education, and grassroots leadership development to communities in the Philippines. The organization primarily does this work through its Madapdap Community & Therapy Center in Pampanga, Philippines that serves child survivors of toxic waste and their families.
