Patterns

Patterns are available in PDF format. Once I receive payment, your pattern may either be emailed to you or sent as a download link.

IMPORTANT:
At this time, patterns are only intended for use with one sole owner. Patterns may NOT be used for resale or commercial purposes. This includes using the pattern to make items for sale or commercial benefits; sending the pattern to others after having used it for oneself; or, making copies of the pattern for distribution. However, patterns MAY be used to make items as non-monetary gifts. Please just ask me if there are any questions or concerns.

In the future, there may be options to obtain limited licenses for patterns. Please stay tune or message me for notification. Thank you for your understanding!

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If you wish to use something else, you must email me first or leave a note on your order. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible (within 48 hours of payment), except in the case of wholesale or custom orders. Expedited shipping is available, but you must contact me before you place your order.

*** Patterns will be sent to your billing email within 24 hours (but usually immediately). ***

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you will be happy with our products. Should you wish to refund or exchange your order, just let us know and tell us what happened. Return and exchange shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, unless the order was in error.
