Payment
Payment is by PayPal only. Orders not paid in three days will be cancelled.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Domestic US shipping is First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Larger orders may be sent FedEx Ground. International orders are sent First Class.
Refunds and Exchanges

Personalized orders are non-refundable. I will accept returns within 48 hours of delivery on non-personalized pieces if you are unhappy with your order. I will refund the cost of the piece, however shipping fees are non-refundable. I ask that you ship your item back to me carefully packaged in the same wrap and box or envelope that I shipped it out in.
I do guarentee my work 100%. For items damaged in shipping, please e-mail me a photo of the damaged piece and I will process your refund immediately or replace your item free of charge. If you are not happy with your piece please contact me and we will work it out...I'm not happy unless my customers are happy:)
