Payment
I prefer paypal and credit card only, apologies I don't accept checks and money orders from other countries except from UK as I live in UK generally it may take bit longer to process.

After the payment is received I raise an invoice for the client, it is of PDF format.
Shipping
Prints are typically shipped within 5 - 7 days of receiving payment but sometimes the days may vary depending on number of orders .I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. My prints are sealed inside a rigid cardboard envelope.
To ship outside of England, I use the Royal Mail UK Service and I always obtain proof of postage.
If you would like insured and trackable postage (Airsure internationally or recorded delivery in the UK) please contact me BEFORE making your purchase as it will cost a little more.
For urgent deliveries I can also provide quotes for a courier service worldwide.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide me with a deliverable shipping address. If you do not provide me with your complete, correct shipping address and your package is consequently returned to me, you must pay shipping again before I will resend it. This rule also applies to unclaimed packages. If a package is at the post office, it is the customer's responsibility to pick it up before it is returned to sender. I will not cover the cost to reship packages that are unclaimed.
Please make sure your home address on Etsy matches your address on Paypal as this can lead to missing or lost parcels.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final! RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. An exchange will be made for the same item if the item is damaged during shipping.
In the event of a lost package I will ask you to wait 4 weeks before I replace your item. It has been my experience that even the most sidetracked packages, find their way in that time frame
