WHERE DO I SEND ALL MY INFO ONCE I'VE ORDERED?
If you've ordered a product with photos on them, you can send your photos along to photos [!at] icingonthepaper.com. I'll email you to let you know I've received them. IF YOU HAVE SEVERAL LARGE PHOTOS, PLEASE SEND THEM ONE AT A TIME!!! If you're getting a failure notice it's because you've attached too many files.
HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY STUFF?
Proofs, proof revisions and PSD files are generally prepared in 1 business day but sometimes 2 (depending on how busy I am). All orders are shipped with tracking via FedEx 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing. The day you approve your proof is not counted as a shipping day. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Please check the FedEx website for weather delays if your order is later than expected.
