PLEASE READ when to expect your Made-To-Order items....



Turnaround is APPROX 10 BUSINESS DAYS from purchase date to ship. If you need your items sooner, PLEASE CONTACT me BEFORE purchasing to determine availability in my schedule. Please note: Rush fees and shipping upgrades apply.

PLEASE NOTE; LARGER ORDERS DO TAKE LONGER. LISTINGS ARE FOR A SET NUMBER. IF ORDERING MORE THAN THE LISTING, THIS IS CONSIDERED A LARGER ORDER.

***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for shipping. (Please remember to factor in current production times as well.) Remote International areas and Canadian shipping may take longer. Priority and Express Mail services are available for U.S. and International shipments. If you're interested in an upgrade please contact me for a quote.

**Please note: All International orders over 100.00 will be required to use Express Mail services which include tracking, insurance, and 3-5 days delivery. Please contact me for a quote before ordering.

If you would like your order rushed, please see information under "rush services". If you need your order by a certain date (and not rushed) please leave that information in the "notes to seller" section on checkout. If no dates are provided on checkout, or discussed with me, I will assume that the current turnaround times are acceptable.

Turnaround times change frequently based on volume of orders, and time of year.

INVOICES: If your order requires additional charges through invoicing, shipping will not take place until invoices are paid and cleared. This INCLUDES rush orders.

CUSTOMIZATION:
If it is possible, I am happy to provide customization on certain items. Please contact me for a quote.

RUSH SERVICES
Rush services are available. Please contact me BEFORE ordering for rush rates. I will not rush a purchased order without discussing this service with you first.

LARGE ORDERS:
Large and custom orders do take longer. Please contact me to discuss turnaround times.
