Based on my own wedding experience, I'm especially drawn to brides and their magical journey to a fairy tale wedding day. I love knowing that I'm a tiny part of it. Custom and personalized orders - Returns

Custom and or personalized ordered items are not returnable. Please make sure that the information provided at the time of order is correct. Unopened non-custom/non-personalized merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Shipping charges both ways are covered by buyer. Please contact me if you are unhappy with your order. I work hard to make sure that you are pleased with my product.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. If I have made an error, I will make it right at no charge by providing a new item to replace the one that had a problem.

All sizes of cards and other items are noted in the listings. Please contact me if you don't see that information.

Care instructions

Please take care when receiving items from my shop that if sent again through the mail that they are carefully packaged so that the item arrives in perfect condition.
