We are in Canada. The shipping times are estimates NOT guarantees. Even if we shipped your order out next day, does not mean that customs will not delay your package for any reason. ITALY, Sorry but we do not ship to Italy. Please do not order from us if you are in Italy unless you wish to ship via UPS or Fedex, at least $100.

SHIPPING

We always combine purchases to give you the lowest possible cost for shipping and we charge what the post office charges us, never any hidden or handling charges. We will reimburse your account for any amount overcharged by automatic check-out. We use recycled packing materials whenever possible and securely wrap your purchase for safe delivery.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 *business* days. Please note that this is an estimate and may fluctuate due to order volume.
Damages --> If you receive your package and it looks like it has been tampered with or opened, PLEASE take pictures of the package first before you start to open it.
Losses --> We will not consider a package lost until 30 BUSINESS days after it has been shipped. Some packages seem to take the 'long way around' for mysterious reasons, but still show up within 30 days. After 30 business days, contact us and it will be decided between the customer and us whether to re-send or refund.

***RETURNS

Will only be accepted within a month after receiving your order. Items must be returned (at your expense) unused and in the original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded. We offer one exchange on Eyeglasses, NO refunds! You must let us know you are returning the item(s) before you ship it. Chain and Leather Cord are cut to order and are not eligible for return.

***IMPORTANT - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they give us the correct address, and an address that can accept parcels. If the parcel is deemed undeliverable (through no fault of our own), then the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges again to have it resent. If the customer chooses a refund instead, then the refund will be the full amount less shipping.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send us a message and let us know before you leave feedback. We cannot resolve the matter if we don't know about it.
Also note, we do not ship to Italy or India without insurance - please contact us before buying for a shipping quote otherwise we will just cancel the order.
