Payment
I accept paypal only. Payment must be received in no more than 3 days, or the order will be cancelled and the item relisted. If you would like to cancel an order, you have 24 hours to let me know you'd like to cancel.
Shipping
I will ship to your Etsy address, please let me know if you would like an item shipped to a different address.
I use the United States Postal Service to ship your item(s). I ship no more than one day after the payment has been cleared through paypal. If you would like to add insurance or have the packaged expedited, let me know and it will be added to your bill.
Refunds and Exchanges
Part of what makes handmade products so special are the inconsistencies and rough edges, blurred parts of a photograph, and (intentional) scratches/smudges in a painting. Therefore, it is unlikely that I can refund and exchange. However, if you are unhappy with your product, please send me a message here on Etsy and I will try to right your issue.
