imeondesign's Shop Policies
I only list one of each item "in stock" at a time, but more are available. If you would like to purchase more than one set of something, just send me a message and I'll post a reserved listing for you.
All items are customizable (i.e. current shapes, paper color, ribbon can be customized to suit your preference). If you would like a specific shape/design that is not seen in my shop, please note that this would be considered a custom order and the cost of the item will increase.
I accept PayPal or credit card payment.
Full payment is expected prior to the production of the item(s) purchased. Work will begin the day after payment has been made.
ALL orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail/Parcel Post.
~~ US orders expect 5-7 business days for your item to arrive.
~~ Canadian orders expect 8-10 business days for your item to arrive.
~~ Overseas orders expect 12-14 business days for your item to arrive.
If you would like to receive your package sooner - please contact me so that I can calculate the correct amount for shipping and set up a reserved listing for you.
I will ship to the address provided in your Etsy purchase. For PayPal buyers, If the address in PayPal is different from the one shown in your Etsy account, I will use the one provided on Etsy.
PLEASE make sure your Etsy shipping information is correct!
Refunds and Exchanges
All tools sold in my shop are a final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds and exchanges will not apply to any item(s) that is customized and/or personalized, i.e. invitations, pom pom place card holders or any other items requiring a change in design/colors.
Blank note cards will be refunded, less return shipping fees.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders require a 10% non-refundable payment of the total cost before any samples are made. Final payment is to be made once you approve your custom order design.
