Hi! I'm Kelly Eident and I'm Your Present is my fashion label, welcome to my shop! If you seem something in my shop or sold items you'd like in a different color or size, feel free to send me a message! Most items can be remade as custom orders.
Items are shipped after payment is received. If paying with an e-check, items are shipped after the check has cleared.
Custom made items will be started only once payment is received.
I ship first class or priority for heavier packages, usually about 3 times a week. I cannot accept any rush orders unless you ask me about them before hand. I can provide delivery confirmation numbers for all domestic packages, if you'd like me to send yours, just ask!
Refunds and Exchanges
I would be happy to accept a return if something doesn't fit! Just write me a message to let me know and I will give you an address to send it too. The item must be sent within 10 days of receiving it and I also require that you get delivery confirmation for your protection and mine. Once i've received it I will send you a refund, minus the original shipping cost.
Custom orders are non refundable/ exchangable.
I try my best to pack items as safely as possible, but if something gets broken in route please let me know! I would be happy to fix it for you or send you a replacement.
Additional Policies and FAQs
CARE/ WASH INSTRUCTIONS- Unfortunately I don't have the time or resources to test each fabric, so while most are fine in the washer and dryer, I suggest gentle washing in the machine and laying it flat to dry to be safe. A lot of my garments have bows pinned on, it's best to remove them before washing so they don't get frumpy. For pieces with appliques or a lot of handwork I recommend hand washing only.
