Welcome

Welcome to indigofeet apparel! I've attempted to summarize my policies here, but please contact me if you need anything clarified or if you have questions that aren't answered here.

Payment

I accept PayPal, and that's it. I wait for payment before I ship an in-stock item or begin making a custom article of clothing. If I receive an order that is not paid for within a week, I will send an Etsy conversation requesting payment. If that doesn't work, I will cancel the order. (I ain't mad atcha... it's just that Etsy takes a percentage of each of my sales, and I can't pay that percentage if I never get paid for the item!)

Shipping

In-stock items ship within 2-3 days. For items that are made-to-order, allow up to 2 weeks before shipping. (Unless we have made other arrangements.) I ship all garments using Priority Mail. Within the US it usually takes 2-3 days; internationally it takes 6-10 days.

I ship books and CD's Ground, in protective envelopes as needed.

I do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. I will do whatever is in my power to help you locate the package, and show you proof that I did indeed send it, but that's the extent of my involvement.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do accept returns and exchanges on some clothing, provided that the garment is in the same condition in which it was sent to you, and that you let me know of the problem within a few days of receiving the item. I do not accept returns and exchanges on customized orders (for instance, if I have made you a skirt that is shorter than my original, or in a different color, or a size that is not on my size chart, that item cannot be returned or exchanged. Depending on the problem, I may be able to alter the item to suit you better, and I determine this on a case-by-case basis). All clearance/second items are final sale. I do not refund the cost of shipping.

If you are exchanging an item, the shipping cost of the new item is also your responsibility.

I don't accept returns or exchanges on books, CD's, or accessories.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I can do custom orders for sizes not listed on my chart. Elastic waistbands are available on several of my skirts. I can also do kid-sized skirts for mommy-daughter sets. Drop me a line with any questions or ideas! I'm very open.

That being said, I do reserve the right to use my taste and discretion in accepting and designing custom orders.

If you'd like an altered version of something already in my shop (longer/shorter, different waistband, etc.) I may request a little extra time and an added fee, depending on how much work it is for me. I'll let you know all about that stuff up front though.
