i n f u s i o n is a small, home based business on the beautiful coast of Oregon. Everything is designed, carefully constructed, photographed and packaged by myself, Abby Meadow. Quality construction and natural materials is highly important to me.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Payment is expected at the time your order is placed.

Shipping

US ORDERS: Every US order ships with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional, and is the buyers responsibility to purchase. If you would like your package insured, please let me know and I will send you an invoice.

Items lost in the mail, unclaimed, or undeliverable are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Wristlets and other small pouches ship USPS First Class Mail International. Transit time varies, but is usually about 2 weeks. This shipping method has proven to be very reliable, but can sometimes require a lot of patience! I have chosen this method to help keep my customers' costs down. If you would like an upgrade to faster service, please let me know.

All other items ship USPS Priority Mail. Estimated transit time is about 6 - 14 days.

Insurance on all orders is optional. Cost depends on the package and location, but is usually only a few dollars additional. If you would like your package insured, please let me know.

Items lost in the mail, unclaimed, or undeliverable are not refundable.

I do not mark as "gift." Any customs fees incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt of your purchase, and the item must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Once the item is received you will be refunded, less a 10% restock fee. This fee is simply to compensate for time spent processing the order, packaging, shipping, etc.

NOTE: Item MUST be in it's original, perfect, brand new, UNUSED condition to be eligible for return. There must be no extra smells, perfumes, odors, markings, excessive wrinkling, etc for a return or exchange to be approved!

For CUSTOMIZED items, all sales are final. No returns.

For SALE items, all sales are final. No returns.

If there is a mistake in your order, or a defect that was somehow overlooked, I will of course gladly fix it!

Please remember that your purchase is handmade with a lot of care, a lot of time and a lot of careful attention. My intent is always to create a high quality, long lasting item that you will love and enjoy for years.
