My business and pertaining electronics function on a secured/locked network, and I take precautions to protect the privacy of both my business and my valued customers. I will never use outside services in the course of business that do not have GDPR compliant privacy policies.

I do not collect your private information. I do not include invoices in packages unless required for customs and do not print out or store your private identifying information for any of my accounting purposes. Any private information that is used for the transaction is stored on the Etsy platform and with the payment processor you chose to use for your transaction. If I do pull your information, it will only be for the purposes of fulfilling my legal obligations or special requests made by my customer.

The legal reason Etsy supplies your personal information to me is for the sole purpose of our transaction being fulfilled and that we meet the contractual requirements of our transaction. While I do not generally hold your information on an outside server or outside digital/physical form, Etsy does, and I have access to that information for any legal reason that may arise pertaining directly to our transaction. Some of these reasons may be, but are not limited to: Disputes, Audit, Taxes, Re-Shipment, Policy Compliance, Intellectual Property Protection, Law Enforcement.

I exclusively use Etsy for shipping labels unless otherwise agreed upon, so any private information used to create your shipping label is handled by Etsy and the shipping provider connected through their service. Please review your buyer agreement and Etsy's privacy policies to learn more on how your private information is used by Etsy for these services. If we agree to use an outside postal service, you must agree to the privacy terms of that provider.

At times, customers need to converse via email for various reasons during transactions- especially for complex custom orders. In this case, your email address, personal information, and our correspondence will be used solely for the purpose of completing the order and any necessary follow up for that transaction. I never put you on a mailing list or use your information for any other purpose without your explicit permission and with your ability to rescind that permission at any time.

I do use an Etsy verified accounting service that is linked through Etsy. While transactions are linked for accounting purposes, your personally identifying information is never used by me within the confines of these services, only transaction numbers that can be cross referenced on Etsy if necessary.

If any breach is discovered, I will contact customers quickly and within the legal timeframes.

I maintain basic financial information for legal tax purposes for a minimum of 7 years. Personally identifying information is never stored specifically by my company on a cloud or electronic devices. However, I do have access to your personally identifying information for legally viable reasons as noted above via Etsy and the payment processor you chose.

I do retain an attorney whom may be given access to limited information on an as needed basis should a legal matter arise. This information would be held in strictest confidence as required by both domestic and international law.

If any of this information changes due to a move or a legal modification to my business, I will keep these policies up to date so you are aware of how my move or changes may affect this privacy policy and legal compliance.

You have the right to request that I delete or remove any private information I and/or my company has retained that is outside of the legally necessary scope of our transaction.

If you have a concern about the way my company is handling your private information, and live in the UK, you have the right to contact the ICO to report your concerns at https://ico.org.uk/concerns/. If you reside in the EU, you have the right file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
