Insulate describes the sensation of the moment I see my fibres touch someone... when I see a grin spread across their face. I see the message is holding that person with strong tight invisible arms. I see the fine, innate reality disguised with a smile. I see untouchable warmth.
I work with fibres. Recylcled fibres of clothing and linen to make quirky cards, magnets and art blocks that (hopefully) help people connect. Wool fibres from which I create felt ~ brooches and book covers.
