Shipping
All items are sent by Australia Post parcel post. If you are within Australia they will arrive within 2-7 days, but can take up to 2 weeks in busy periods like Christmas.
For international orders, please allow the full 2 weeks for your order to arrive, particularly in the USA. I have never had problems with customs, but if at any point you are concerned about shipping, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want our customers to have peace of mind when making a purchase, so we are happy to refund or exchange if there are any problems with your order. All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in the condition it was received.
* Please do not purchase multiple styles of bags with the intention of choosing one and returning the others. If this appears to occur, I will be required to deduct a restocking fee from the refund. *

Wholsale Buyers
Unfortunately we are only able to sell wholesale to Australian businesses. The shipping is far too expensive to allow us to send bulk items overseas. However, if you are overseas and are willing to pay expensive shipping, or organise alternative shipping, feel free to get in touch.
