We recommend a 16 x 16 or even smaller insert for our square pillow slips. It is shown with a 12 x 12 insert at times in pictures as well. If you like an overstuffed pillow, you can use an 18 x 18. In general we are stamping on Sundays or Wednesdays & Shipping on Mondays and Fridays. Most pillows are made to order but we do have some in stock as well. Look for your order to take a week or so to make and then it ships first class, unless we have made other arrangements.
