Thank you so much for taking time to view our jewelry! What you see here is a small sample of our collection and if you are interested in seeing more variety, please go to our website at: www.italilambertini.com.

We are proud to be using 100% recycled gold and platinum from Hoover and Strong so you can enjoy the lusciousness of gold with clean conscience.

Payment

We accept VISA/MC, Paypal payments and money orders. Prices listed do not include state sales tax.

Custom order require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of product.

If you need to cancel a custom order you must do so within 48hrs. of payment of deposit.

Please allow 3 weeks for custom orders unless you need it sooner. Please make sure you ask because sometimes we can get a custom order done within a few days!

Shipping

Jewelry will ship via US Post or UPS unless buyer requests otherwise.

All jewelry will be sent insured.

All product will be sent ground rate unless you ask for another service. If you request faster service then your shipping rate will be adjusted to reflect the cost difference.

Refunds and Exchanges

We stand by our products and if you are not completely satisfied you may return any piece of jewelry for a full refund if returned in its original state. Any damages incurred during shipping will be covered by shipping insurance.

We will gladly replace any stone that has become damaged or has fallen out due to normal wear within the first year. If you subject your jewelry to undue stress and strain you will be responsible for the cost of stone replacement.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please be aware that 18k and 22k gold is somewhat softer than lower carat gold and therefore needs to be treated with more care. We recommend that you remove your rings when doing dishes, gardening or any other activity that may cause excessive wear and tear.

If you are interested in having Tim create a custom piece, please contact us with your idea (a sketch would be great!), your budget and when you would like to receive the finished piece. That greatly helps Tim in the process of translating your ideas into reality.

GOLD PURCHASING POLICY
We are also able to purchase gold from you if you have small quantities of gold that are 18k gold or higher. We pay 75% of the value of the metal that you send us. For example, if you send us 1/2 oz 18k gold this is the formula:
18k gold is 75% pure gold (the remaining 25% is allow material). We pay 75% of the value of that pure gold.
If the market price that day is $700/oz of 24k pure gold, then the market value is $392/oz for 18k gold. We would pay you $196 for 1/2oz of 18k gold.
