At Ivy Lane Designs we continue to help the environment, one recycled nifty giftie at a time.

Payment

We accept PayPal only. No PayPal account? No problem! Click on the PayPal link and you can pay by credit card without opening a PayPal account. Easy as pie! Please pay for your purchase/s within three (3) DAYS. If we do not receive your payment via PayPal within three (3) days of placing your order, we will cancel the order and it will be removed from both of our Etsy records. Thanks.

Shipping

There is a BIG discount on shipping of multiple items to the same address.

Shipping is via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and insurance is optional. If you would like your package insured, kindly include a message in note to seller at the bottom of the check-out page and we will contact you with the amount of the additional charge. We are not responsible for packages that are lost by the USPS.

Shipping labels are generated through PayPal. If you would like your package shipped to a different address than the one listed in your PayPal account, kindly include a message in the note to seller portion of the check-out page.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you, for any reason, are unhappy with your purchase from Ivy Lane Designs, please return it to us in its original condition within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. As with fine chocolates, crayons are perishable. Shipping of crayons during hotter months is at buyer's risk. Custom items are not returnable.
