Welcome
My goal is to share the fabrics I've found, and get them to you as quickly as possible. I plan on enjoying myself running this shop and insist that you enjoy creating with these fabrics :) Please don't hesitate to contact me with any and all questions.
++To order more than one yard of any fabric, please convo me and I will set up a Reserve Listing with your name on it with your chosen fabrics and quantities and exact shipping charges. Just convo me with your fabric list and shipping address! Easy!
Payment
I accept PayPal for payment, which includes all major credit cards or bank draft. If you need to use a different method of payment, contact me and we'll figure it out!
Shipping
U.S. shipping rates are as follows. International rates determined on an order by order basis.
Half-Width $2.00, 1 yard $3.50, 2 yards $5.00, 3-6 yards - $9.85, 7-9 yards - $13.50
Please remember that my fabrics are super wide, so they are at least twice as heavy as standard width quilting fabrics! Gross overcharges in shipping will be refunded.
Any and all duty/customs etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
I ship to your PayPal address, so please make sure this address is correct upon checkout. (I have made the mistake of not having my address up to date...it's not fun). I can't be responsible for where your order might end up if this address is incorrect, nor will a duplicate order be shipped to the corrected address without charge. If you need to ship to a different address, just let me know in the comments/notes section upon checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are for defects in manufacturing (misweaves etc) if I cannot replace it with an undamaged piece, or for listing errors. I am happy to exchange any fabric in its original condition that you are unhappy with within 30 days of your receipt of your order. All I ask is that you don't return anything that Puffy has used as a bed :)
Additional Policies and FAQs
Everyone loves samples right? And what's better than samples? Free samples! Simply contact me and list 5 fabrics you would like samples of. If there is a specific color you need a sample of (i.e. the lime stripe in Raku Island or the blue flower in Vic's Garden), just let me know! Please provide your shipping address in the message. It's that easy.
FYI I have another account on etsy with the username 'chloegirl'. I used that account prior to this account for purchasing only.
