We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied! Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Payments must be made within the day of purchase. If for some reason you can't, please contact me first about it and I will hold it for up to 3 days. I will then relist the item.
If you are not a verified user of paypal, it may take up to a week for your payment to go through. We will ship your items once the payment is received.
Various carriers are utilized when shipping domestic orders. We choose which service is appropriate for each shipment.
Jacks Red Barn can fulfill most international orders.
You are responsible for any import duties.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the Postal Service. We do file away all records of shipments should this information be needed.
If you are interested in purchasing insurance for your shipment, please specify this prior to completing your purchase. Send us an email and we will send you an estimate.
Please note that shipping costs do include packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us before issuing feedback. We are always willing to talk it out. We will not allow any returns for an item
All vintage item sales are considered final.
Please note that vintage items have a worn aesthetic and consider this when making a purchase. When listing merchandise, we do our best to properly represent the condition of each item. Flaws will be captured in the item's description along with corresponding pictures. If you would like additional images please let us know and we will send them your way. Concerning our eye wear and closet section--please be familiar with your size as we do not accept returns for wrong fit.
Immediately notify us if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Should the need arise, you may return the item within 10 days of receipt. We will provide a refund for your purchased item and you will assume the shipping cost of the returned item. Thank you.

We do our best to capture the color of each item. Consider that this may vary depending on the computer. As a result we are unable to accept returns for slight differences in color.
