Payment
We accept Etsy Direct Checkout payments and Paypal payments only.
Orders must be paid in full within 48 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, orders not paid within 48 hours will likely be cancelled.
We are located in Washington state, therefore buyers also located in Washington must pay state sales tax. Etsy will automatically include sales tax during checkout if your shipping address is in Washington (WA).
Shipping
Please refer to individual item pages for shipping costs as they vary per item.
We are more than willing to accommodate buyers from outside the United States. But we ask you to please contact us first if you wish to place an order and you live outside the United States. Due to ever-changing postal costs, shipping will have to be individually quoted depending on your country of residence. The buyer is responsible for any duties or customs fees associated with international orders.
Orders are carefully packaged for safe travel but if you would like, items can be insured for $1.50 each. Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to add insurance.
When shipping paid orders we compare your given checkout shipping address with your Etsy shipping address. If they are different we will ship to the Etsy shipping address unless you have specific directions in an email to us or notes to seller.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are permitted on a case by case basis. If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order and we will work with you until you are happy.
Shipping is not refundable and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. Custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
