HELLO!

NOTE: I only list one of each item "in stock" at a time, but more are available. If you would like to purchase more than one of something, just send me a message and I'll post a reserved listing just for you.

Payment

PAYMENT. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. PayPal is the preferred method of payment. PayPal is safe, secure, and easy to use. You do not need a PayPal account to make your purchase. When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal". This will also take you to the credit card processor. Then click on "Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay using your credit card."

CANCELLATION. To cancel an order before payment, please let me know through email.

Shipping

SHIPPING. All orders are mailed through the USPS from Raleigh, NC using First-Class Mail. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

All shipments are to the address provided with your Etsy purchase. If the address in PayPal is different, I’ll use the Etsy address. Please notify me if you wish to ship to a different address, multiple address will require separate transactions.

SHIPPING TIME. Please allow at least 2-3 days for your order to arrive within the United States.

UPGRADES. Shipping upgrades and expedited shipping are available. Please email me for a reserved listing with your particular shipping choice.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS. Custom items are not available for return unless items arrived damaged and are reported within 10 days of delivery, in which case a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

COPYRIGHT. All graphics and designs are property of janine rae design. It is a strict violation of copyright law to duplicate them in any way without our permission.
