Etsy has recently added a 'report an issue' button on your reciept for your purchase. You may choose 'report non-delivery' or 'report item not as described'.
This DOES NOT send a report directly to me, but OPENS A DISCIPLINARY CASE against me by the Etsy Administration. There has been a lot of confusion (and heartache) here on Etsy due to this new and unclear option on your receipt.
If you have a question about delivery of your item, please contact me directly through the convo system, and we will get it resolved right away. As always, my goal is for you to be completely and utterly thrilled by your purchase!"

There is absolutely no guaranteed timeline for custom artwork since I must always rely on the customer to provide feedback on proofs within a timely manner.
