Good morning, afternoon or evening! My processing time is 5-7 business days. If you need a rush, please contact me as normally I can accomodate this. PLEASE read below before ordering.

Because I care GREATLY about the quality and speed of this product:

New policies affective immediately to any orders placed after November 11, 2009:
*I cannot split a listing into different designs. I can only do one design per listing. I'm sorry, this is a huge time consuming option that I've offered, but now have to discontinue.
*As stated above, my processing time will now be 5-7 business days. I'm sorry, but due to a higher demand, I need to be sure I account for the time needed to process difficult orders.
*I cannot do multiple proofs to choose from. I have to ask that you choose one design, and I will send a proof to approve. This saves a lot of time needed for other orders.
*I cannot replace lost packages. There have been an odd number of lost packages, and if you are concerned about this, please contact me first to add on insurance.

Thank you for understanding these new policies....and I owe a large appreciation to you all for helping my shop become a success. Now, I'm trying to perfect some skills of having the blessing of high volume sales.

Returns - If you are not happy with the labels, please send me a conversation and I will replace them with another try. If they are still not correct, then I will send you a refund, but you must send them back at your expense. I've put a lot of time and money into these labels, and I will do EVERYTHING I can to make them right. I don't give up easily!

If you are in a time crunch and need your labels by a certain date, please send me a conversation first. I will then notify you if I can get them there in time. I will offer you Priority or Overnight, but please make sure I can process with enough time.

Also Note: The current label product is 100% frayproof, BUT if you intend on doing everything you can to destroy them, they are not 100% invincible. They will hold up to heavy NORMAL use. If you dig and scratch and rip them apart, they will. If you dig and scratch at many commercial clothing labels, you can destroy them too. Please understand that I will not replace labels that are not used appropriately. I am honest and I hope that you will be too. :)

My labels are professionally handmade...which means they are made with industrial quality materials, but still handmade to keep the meaning!

FAQ's:

How big are the labels?
They are normally around 1 by 2.5 inches, but vary with designs and shapes. Some are more square, and I can make them sized to order. The larger you order, the less you'll get per set.

Are they frayproof and fadeproof?
Yes, they are very frayproof and I have two methods to my process. The first will fade a little over time and washings, but keeps a detailed print. The other is a tiny bit less detailed, but will never fade...not a bit.

Where do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
I ship anywhere in the world. Costs are the same everywhere for the standard shipping. $1.50 for the first 30 and $.50 for each additional 30. I am able to ship Priority for $6 and Express for $17.

Can I wash the iron on labels?
Yes, you can wash them very lightly....but if you intend on washing heavily or drying in the dryer, please sew them down too. They are sew friendly in case you decide to just sew them on. :)

What is your normal turnaround time?
Normally my turnaround is has been permanently extended to 5-7 business days as my number of regular clients has increased greatly. I will always try for faster, but please plan on a week before shipping.
