Studio hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 3pm EST. Orders placed outside of those times will be processed promptly on the next business day.

Open Edition Photographs

Limited Edition Photographs
$90 | 8x10 inches (20 cm x 25 cm)

Limited Edition Photographs will be signed and numbered on the front.
PRINTING METHODS
(unless otherwise noted in the individual item description)
C-Print (11x14 inches and smaller) - A traditional photograph that is printed by a professional photo lab on mat paper for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Inkjet (16x20 inches and larger) - An archival inkjet photograph printed by a professional photo lab on Epson Luster paper for a lifetime of enjoyment.
FRAMING
If you're in the London, Ontario area and you'd like your photograph framed just let me know and I'll put together a custom listing for you and personally deliver it to your door.
Are you interested in framing your photograph? Shipping costs make it quite expensive to purchase frames online; most of our photographs are listed as standard sizes and can be displayed fairly inexpensively with widely available off-the-shelf materials. Here are our size recommendations:
8x10 photograph looks nice with a mat in an 11x14 frame (or larger)
11x14 photograph looks nice with a mat in an 16x20 frame (or larger)
16x20 photograph looks nice with a mat in an 20x24 frame (or larger)
20x24 photograph looks nice with a mat in an 24x30 frame (or larger)
24x30 photograph looks nice with a mat in an 30x40 frame (or larger)

Payment
We accept payment for online orders by credit card via PayPal, an account is not required.
TAX
We are required to charge tax depending on the destination of your shipment. All items shipped to locations within Canada are subject to GST/HST as dictated by each province. Tax is calculated on the invoice total including shipping and will be added to your total in PayPal.
Items sent to addresses outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian GST/HST, but can be subject to local taxes and custom charges.
CANCELLATIONS
If your payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order and no alternate arrangements have been made your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
All pieces in our shop are made to order and thus will ship within 14 days after receiving your payment, if you need faster shipping then please contact us prior to placing your order.
All photographs are shipped in a plastic sleeve (to keep dry). Prints that are 11"x14" or smaller are shipped flat between stiff cardboard; prints that are larger are shipped in a sturdy protective mailing tube.
All parcels are shipped by Canada Post, please find below some typical shipping time frames:
CANADA
8x10 and smaller photographs are shipped by Regular Mail (approximately 2-6 business days, no guaranteed arrival date), no tracking number
11x14 and larger photographs are shipped by Regular Parcel (approximately 2-9 business days, no guaranteed arrival date), with a tracking number
USA
8x10 and smaller photographs are shipped by Regular Mail (approximately 4-6, no guaranteed arrival date), no tracking number
11x14 and larger photographs are shipped by Expedited Parcel (approximately 4-8 business days), with tracking number
INTERNATIONAL
8x10 and smaller photographs are shipped by Regular Mail (approximately 4-7 business days, no guaranteed arrival date), no tracking number
11x14 and larger photographs are shipped by International Parcel Air (approximately 6-10 business days, no guaranteed arrival date), no tracking number

If you are outside of Canada you will be responsible for customs, duty, and taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, then tell us about it within 14 days of receiving your package and we will either send you a new shipment or give you a full refund.
Hanging art on your walls makes your house a home. So if you are at all unhappy with the items you've purchased from us please let us know within 30 days of receiving your package and we will either exchange your pieces or give you a full refund. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from http://www.jennifersquires.etsy.com
