Our Dear Customers. We have had a major family emergency which has caused a delay in shipping some of our packages. There have been positive developments and we are now doing our best to get caught up with delayed orders.

Currently we have a couple negative feedbacks against us which are now being taken care of or already have been. Though we felt compelled to issue this notice because there is one negative feedback written in all caps that was filed under a false pretense. That package was actually shipped more than two weeks ago and we tracked the package at usps.com. The post office left notice for the customer two weeks ago but apparently they missed it. We contacted this customer several times with the tracking info from usps.com but to no avail. We are eagerly awaiting their reply and a reversal of the negative feedback, because the package was in fact delivered two weeks back with FREE artwork included.

Please trust us that we are honorable artists, just going through a hard time and we are in the process of catching up with late orders and will include free gifts to all customers who have been inconvenienced.
Also, for all new orders. This will be the last week for guaranteed Christmas delivery. And after this week we will be removing any very time consuming pieces from our shop for a while in order to get caught up. This means ornaments and plaques etc...So order those while you can. Of course, all of our prints will remain available.
