I am a full-time artist living in a single-wide in the middle of a hayfield, five miles up a dirt road. From my studio window I see a lone bonsai-ish crabapple tree. With the seasons I watch my feathered friends go and return. Every year I notice new birds-- maybe you see better as you get older.

I've painted my whole life. I joke that I became an artist because I was always too cheap/too broke to buy gifts for my family and well, it became a habit, this making art thing. I hope this work makes you giggle, sigh and nod your head to the rhythm.
