thank you for visiting my shop. i make handcrafted wire and gemstone jewelry. custom pieces are available upon request. beautiful, unique, affordable. perfect as a gift for yourself or a friend.
Payment
we prefer you use paypal, or your credit/debit card for your transaction. in certain cases we will accept a check or money order. Please contact us for more information on paying with a check or money order.
your item will be shipped within 1-3 days (most within 24 hours; see shipping policies for more details) of your payment being received. feel free to send us a message if you have any further inquiries regarding payment issues.
Shipping
your item will be shipped within 1-3 days of your payment being received. shipping will take an additional 7-10 business days inside the united states, 10-20 to other countries.
please be aware that all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. in the event that etsy and paypal show two different addresses, the item(s) will be shipped to the etsy address.
Refunds and Exchanges
i want you to be happy with your item so I will do my best to work out any issues.
please read the descriptions carefully, i provide descriptions of materials and lengths for all of my products. as most of my pieces are one of a kind it will be difficult to exchange them for the same piece. i will definitely try my best to resolve any issues to work for both of us.
if you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 60 days of your purchase. items returned must be in the same condition they are received, and refunds do not include shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
sizing: please contact me if you need a larger, or smaller size. for most pieces i can easily add or subtract links.
packaging: all orders are packaged for shipping. please specify gift box or fabric gift bag when you place your purchase. if you do not specify, i will package piece as i see fit.
gift wrap: gift wrapping is available on items in boxes.
custom orders: i do not require payment up front for custom pieces. however, all orders are subject to the jewelry artist's interpretation. after i finish your piece i will email you a picture. please make sure you provide me an accurate email address.
care for your jewelry: do not use abrasive or chemical solutions. simply buff the gemstones with a soft cloth.
