Hi, thanks for visiting Jewellery Bijou.I hope you'll like and be inspired by my work.It is such a wonderful thing, to be able to create for you.
Here are just a few policies I have in place to help me keep my price points outstandingly reasonable!
Payment
I accept credit cards via Paypal, using the etsy check-out system.
Shipping
All international packages are shipped via Airmail, the quickest a parcel has reached the US from the UK is 3 days, the longest was 4 weeks this is often due to custom checks or bad weather. So in all, the postal system is pretty quick.
If you would like your garment shipped via 'Express Signed For' then please convo me, as the shipping costs would be a little more than those shown. But this would mean you can track the parcel, it's insured, and in most cases the shipping is a little faster.
All shipping within the UK is sent via recorded deliver. and usually arrives within 2 working days.
All lost standard airmail packages,would be near impossible to track. if you havn't purchased 'International Express Signed For' . However, I am always more than willing to replace packages that havn't arrived within 4 weeks of the date shipped, or indeed refund your payment or offer a store credit, your choice.
Please remember, many of my garments are 'made to order' so an allowance of 3 - 15 days should be set prior to dispatch.
ALL international orders may be subject to taxes and duties depending on their destination. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to exchange or replace anything that is not 100% to your satisfaction, I hope everything that is bought and sent is just as described and shown in my listings. Please convo me if you feel unhappy with your purchase.
I take pride in serving my customers with 100% capability, if you are unhappy about anything please convo me so we can work out a resolution.
For returns I issue a 100% refund.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivered shipment. Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges and paypal fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As are any charges incured by Paypal when I issue the refund.

I am happy to discuss custom orders, and reserving items. please just convo me and we'll talk it over.
If at any point in the life of your custom garment, it should need repair, you may send it back to me (customer pays all shipping costs) and I will repair it free of charge:)
