"History Of The Art"
While my jewelry is contemporary in style and material,this paticular art form has firm foundation beginning in the early biblical times of history.
Through trade and travel about 1900 BC the art form was brought to Egypt. We know this because crude pieces were found in Egyptian tombs.Jewelry made from wire and stone beads were made in 1800's and became so popular you might have been shunned if you didn't have a piece.Modern sculptured wire jewelry looks very different from early pieces. by incorporating all sorts of gems, cameos and stones artisans are able to create all forms of wearable art. As we work at our art form, new patterns will evolve and we will create our own page in history.
