Welcome to my shop! My name is Julia. I adore creating felted things, including clothes and accessories, and I'm glad to present my creations to you, so you can see or buy and personally enjoy them too :)
If you like something from my collection, but prefer slightly different size, or color, etc, please feel free to ask me about custom order.
Payment
We accept PayPal only.
By default, we wait for payment three days after order is placed. If you need more time, please let us know, otherwise order may be cancelled.
Shipping
I ship ordered items within two workdays from the moment payment arrived.
Ordinarily I ship with the help of Ukrposhta. Typical shipping time is 10-17 days worldwide, but there can be more delays in time of large holidays like New Year, Christmas, etc. Dont hesitate to ask me about expected timing of your specific order.
If you would like priority or expedited shipping, we can discuss options in convo. UPS, DHL and other are available, but I should know you choose the preferred shipping before the payment for me to give you the right invoice concerning that shipping.
By ordering you agree that I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to arised shipping service issues, as well as for international customs delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you don't like the item you've got, I offer you 15-day refund period, during which you can send the item back, and I will refund the item's price in full, excluding the shipping expences.
This money-back period only applies to items in original condition, new, non-washed, non-worn, with all tags on. Money-back period doesnt apply to custom-made items, as lond as those are made in compliance to order agreed.
