ღஐღ SUMMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: I ship USPS Priority Flat Rate and include one ice pack in each shipment. I strongly advise you purchase additional ice packs (I offer them for 1.50 each) or opt for overnight service. Unfortunately with the summer heat I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition with only one ice pack, or with ten for that matter. I deliver my packages directly to the post office, I don't leave them in the heat for carrier pickup.

ღஐღ COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: If you plan to order MORE than two listings, please convo me for combined shipping - most often I have to ship in a medium sized flat rate, if you have a particularly large order I may have to ship using a large flat rate.

ღஐღ ADDITIONAL OPTIONS AND CUSTOMS: All of my items are made to order after the sale and completely customized to your specifications. If you see a pretzel rod you like and want it made into small pretzels, oreos or grahams, let me know. If you want a different topping or different color chocolate, let's work it out. I can make almost any type of chocolate dipped, topped or even molded item - just let me know what you are looking for.

ღஐღ TURNAROUND TIME: Because of the handmade and custom nature of my work, my current processing time is approximately 2-5 BUSINESS days. I always try to ship sooner than the stated processing time, but it is dependent upon the current volume of sales. While some orders may ship sooner than stated, others may take an extra day or two. Please keep in mind that this does not include weekends or holidays. This also does not include shipping time. Processing time is the time it takes me to complete your order after your payment has cleared. My most recent orders have gone out within two business days and some the very same day.

ღஐღ RUSH ORDERS: Convo me if you need to place a rush order - I am more than willing to pause my life and make you some pretzels this very second.......for a small fee. :D

ღஐღ LOCAL ORDERS: Please convo me, I will setup a custom listing and we can arrange pickup to save you shipping costs!

ღஐღ REFUND POLICY: I strive to make all of my products excellent. I won't sell anything that I wouldn't buy myself. I am human and make all the products you see in my shop. There will be tiny inconsistencies and small flaws as these are not machine made, mass produced goodies. I do not offer refunds for broken pretzel rods or melted product. I ship all of my orders with extreme care but cannot prevent all breaks or change the weather. I strongly advise purchasing additional ice packs with your order, or opting for overnight service during the summer months. Again, I will NOT issue refunds for melting issues as it is completely out of my control. With that being said, I have never had an order arrive ruined due to melting.
