* We answer conversations as quickly as possible, usually on the same day. We do check our convos ONCE a day. If you are sending a conversation on the weekend, please give us until Monday to get back to you.

* We will work with you on your time constraints, so please message us BEFORE placing your order to let us know when you will need your items by, and we will let you know if it is possible on our end.

* In order to be fair to all of our customers, orders are shipped according to the date of the event. than you for your understanding.

* No order is too big or small, so if you need more or less of an item please message us and we would be happy to set up a custom listing for you.

* When you PURCHASE an item that needs to be PERSONALIZED please leave your personalization information in the "NOTE TO SELLER" section. This will make the processing and shipping time go faster for you.

* Please allow 7 to 10 days from the time your order is placed, before it is shipped. We will update your order status to shipped on the day we ship it. Orders are shipped every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

* We know how important feedback is for both buyers and sellers, and that is why we will ALWAYS leave FEEDBACK for you, so please be courteous and do the SAME for US. Feedback is the best form of a thank you!

* There are NO REFUNDS, because once you place your order we do begin to work on them right away, so papers are cut, things are printed etc. Thank you for your understanding.
