Our stamps are color coded:
BLUE = Clear Stamps
YELLOW = Self Inking
GREEN = Red Rubber w/Wooden Block with or without handles
HOT PINK = Limited Edition Stamps (Wooden block with or without a handle)

1a) PROOFS: We do all of our proofing now via email. Please be sure to watch your email box for the proof of your design. You might need watch your spam folder. Proofs are usually sent within 3-5 days from the order, sometimes it can take a little longer due to high volumes and requests.

The proof will reflect the template from the listing that you ordered. If you ordered a custom stamp that you have to send me the graphic, I will send you an email request for it! With the pre-designed images We can easily adjust the fonts or names. We will create up to 2-3 revisions leading up to a finalized design. Your Approval is needed or we will not start creating your stamp. Please proof-read everything because once approved it will be finalized. What you see on the proof (minus our name watermark) will be your stamp.

2) PRODUCTION: All of our custom stamps are made to order which means we need time to be able to create your stamps. I usually say 5-10 business days. Usually it is less, sometimes it can take a little longer due to high volumes and requests.

3) SHIPPING TIME: (excludes production time) We ship using the USPS using 1st Class & Priority Mail which can take 3-6 days to arrive to your shipping address. We ship to the address that you have on file with PayPal unless you notify us of something else.

International Shipping: 1-2 business weeks depending on the location that we are shipping the stamps to.

We do not own the USPA so we have no control regarding delays or custom holds. Please understand that once your stamps are on their way we do not have any control over the packages. (Trust me.. the delays drive me crazy too)

4) COMMUNICATION: This is a family run business! We own both JessicaLynnOriginal.com and JLMould.etsy.com and love what we do. At this point - we are both still working full time jobs and do our best to communicate with you as we can during the day but most of our communication happens at night.
