The brass parts and chain I offer are not plated, but solid brass. I give them a vintage finish in my studio. All of the brass I use is made in US factories and are high quality,detailed pieces. No chemicals are used in achieving my deep vintage finish. The metals in brass are copper and zinc, both metals that are in your body so it's pretty wearer friendly.

I've worked with brass almost exclusively since 1986, if you don't see what you want ask....I can probably find it for you.
