Handmade cloth dolls, art dolls, baby dolls, dress up dolls, African American dolls, cat dolls, dog dolls, Asian dolls. Joelle's Dolls creates one of a kind dolls for children and older collectors, suitable for toys or collections. I use a variety of fabrics and materials, including yarn, lace, ribbon, buttons and beads. The dolls are about 9 inches tall. Each doll is unique and has its own personality. They are child friendly, but please use your best judgment as to whether they are safe for your daughter or son. Some have small parts that can come loose if chewed or played with roughly.
When I display my dolls at shows nearly everyone who stops for a look finds one that looks like someone they know. Maybe you will too!
I am proud to say that my dolls have been used by therapists to bring comfort and reassurance to trauma victims, and for play therapy with girls and boys.
