URGENT MESSAGE: I'm back to work and we are on schedule with orders! Had my stitches removed today, I will be posting my healing progress on my blog. As my herbal remedies have blown a few Drs. minds. I had no bruising from my head injury thanks to arnica oil. So, I want to thank everyone for their well wishes!
Thank you everyone for all of your orders, we are working to fill them however we have had a few set backs this last couple of days, Shelly the owner of Joyful Girl suffered a head injury today the 30th and had to receive many stitches and she is under the weather as of right now. Our Shipping policy does state that it will the house within 7 - 10 days of ordering but because of her head injury there will be a slight delay in some orders and if you order is one of those that is delayed you will receive a free gift for any inconvenience it may cause you. I (her daughter) will be taking care of the business by myself this week while she rests and gets back to feeling better. We appreciate and thank you for your patience at this time.

I infuse my own oils, create my own recipes so they are effective for their specific use and make your products when ordered, just for you. Turn around time for shipping: Due to my items being made from scratch when ordered your products may take 7-10 Business days to leave my door. If you would like to know before ordering how long before shipping please convo me. I do not make big batches of my products that sit on the shelve and wait to be bought. Your products are made for you and for your skin care needs.

We are also providing PET plastic jars for our products.These are readily recyclable and do not leach any harmful chemicals. We have always offered these for some of our products, but we did have some pretty acrylic jars we were using as well. No longer will we have the acrylic type jars, please be patient as we try to update photos.

We are always striving to improve on our packaging to provide environmentally friendly choices. The on going controversy of "Glass versus Plastic" continues. After much research and consultation we feel that the PET plastic jars and bottles will meet the needs for an earth friendly product.

Also, we are no longer including a packaging slip with orders to cut down on waste. Your order is easily accessible here on Etsy under your Purchases. If you do need one, please indicate this in the message to seller box.

There are many sellers using essential oils known to be toxic to animals in their products, as well as essential oils for cats. DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS ON YOUR CATS! They are highly toxic to them. Their livers cannot process e.o.s like dogs. Please be an educated buyer, do your research before purchasing products for your pets.
