Payment

Paypal is preferred. If you are not comfortable checking out via the internet please send me a message through 'contact' with your order, phone number and the best time to call you. I will give you a jingle and process your order in person with a debit or credit card. You can also send a check or money order but that takes a really long time! Most of my jewelry gets to you within 3 days and if you don't mind waiting about 2 weeks, then yes, you can send a check.

Shipping

Your jewelry order is shipped immediately unless I have let you know of other arrangements. I ship Monday ~ Saturday. I ship 1st class mail with confirmation delivery. If the item has confirmed delivery you take on responsibility for it at your address. I cannot be responsible for items after they have confirmed delivery at your address.

I have never had any problems shipping. Shipping outside of the United States is not insurable without great expense. The buyer takes this risk when shipping through customs in their country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to make a wonderful & durable piece of jewelry. If you should not like it please 'contact' me for a refund minus shipping within 24 hours of receiving your package. I repair & size my own work for free for one year. After a year the cost is shared and it is usually minimal. I cannot replace a one of a kind stone.
