***Refunds*** I do not offer refunds. I do offer insurance to purchase. If you have an item that arrives damaged, if you purchased the insurance, I can replace it or I can refund you after a claim has been filed with the postal service and the money has been refunded. If an item is lost and has not been received, you will had to have purchased insurance to cover this as well. And in that case, the tracking will have to show that it never arrived to your address. If insurance is not purchased, I will not be responsible for anything damaged or lost.

Most of my items in my shop are MADE TO ORDER. I also have some things that are ready to ship. If an item is already made and ready to ship, I will post "READY TO SHIP" in the description. Otherwise please allow atleast 7 business days from the time of purchase for your item to be shipped.
