Welcome to Cards, Etc. by Juliana! Take a look around--there are many different kinds of cards for all your needs. These cards are hand-made, and in many cases, hand-stamped. If you don't see something you like, please contact me with your wish list--I will happily make custom cards. I also make custom invitations, birth announcements, programs, thank you cards, notes and stationary. All my cards are made from high-quality cardstock and are much better value and quality than anything you will find at Hallmark.

I accept Paypal. Your purchases will not be sent until I receive payment.
In the case of a large custom order (such as wedding invitations or birth announcements), I require non-refundable deposit.
I make an effort to ship in a timely manner so I can accept a cancellation of an order only within 2 hours of purchase.
For individual cards, I ship USPS first class mail, and for additional fees, can provide a tracking number and insurance.
For international orders, please contact me for a shipping quote.
For large custom and quantity orders, I will ship UPS or Fed-Ex for the cost of shipping, which includes insurance and tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges and make no refunds except in the case of a damaged item. If your card arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. You will need to return the damaged item to me and I will refund your purchase price, as well as return shipping. I cannot refund initial shipping fees.
Additional Policies and FAQs
1) Does my card come with an envelope?
Yes, your card will come with an envelope, either white or cream colored. Sometimes the envelope is stamped to match the card.
2) Your listing says you have two in stock--are both cards exactly the same?
Both cards are the same design, but there is always some variation because of the nature of hand-made items.
3) You have a card listed that I really like, but I want it to have a different sentiment--can you do that?
Of course! Just contact me for a custom order and specify which card design you like and what you would like it to say. I will do my best to find the perfect sentiment for your card.
4) My friend just had a baby--she's interested in birth announcements. Do you make them?
Yes, of course. Contact me for layout designs and prices. Look for generic birth announcements that you customize yourself with photo and stats soon.
5) I ordered a card and I don't like it as much as I thought I would. Can I return it or exchange it?
I'm sorry that the card didn't live up to your expectations. I make every effort to ensure that the image on the listing represents the appearance of the card.
I cannot, however, accept exchanges or give refunds (except in the case of a damaged card). Please let me know what you didn't like about it and I can try to design a card that you will like.
