Every item is handmade with care, attention to detail, and special luv . I try my best to make every item built-to-last so that you'll come back for more or tell your friends.
I take time to describe each item as much as possible so you will know exactly what you are purchasing. If something is unclear, or you have concerns about sizing, please contact me before ordering.
PLEASE measure yourself (or a similar piece of clothing) before purchasing.
The generic Small/Medium/Large sizing is meant as a basic guide only. Clothing sizes are not universal, so again, please measure yourself before buying!!
All sales are Final!!
Paying is simple. Once we receive your email order we will ask paypal to send you an email asking for your paypal payment. Please visit www.paypal.com if you have any questions.
I currently accept credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and Paypal payments thru PayPal.
Shipping is free on orders over $100, Shipping insurance is required on all orders over $150.
If your order is over $100, it will be shipped via Priority Mail (2-3 days) at no charge.
If your order is under $100, you will be able to choose between First Class and Priority shipping when you complete your order.
•First Class Mail is only available for lighter orders and usually takes 2-5 business days. You must enter your zip code to receive a quote for First Class mail. Orders over 0.7 lbs are too heavy to ship via First Class.
•Priority Mail is a flat rate of $5.95 and usually takes 2-3 business days.
•Please contact jen [!at] jusjen.com if you would like Express shipping.
At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.
Please note: If your package is returned as undeliverable, you will be expected to cover additional shipping costs to ship to the correct address.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know in advance so that I can make sure it gets to you.
If you need a custom order by a specific date, I ask that you contact me beforehand to discuss current order times (I usually ask for at least 1 month for custom orders). Orders needed in less time will incur an expediting fee.
At this time my schedule doesn't allow for pick-ups.
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are Final! If you have an issue with the quality of an item please email me directly to discuss.
