Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST
Conversations will be answered within a 24 hour time period excluding weekends.
Proofs (where needed) will only be provided after payment has been made
Cancellations: If cancelled within 48hrs of purchase date, I will refund ALL funds. However, if any later I will only refund 90% of your purchase price. This is because I will have already started putting together your custom items.
Please allow 1-2 Weeks to process your order. If you need something sooner, please convo me.
Orders will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account.
If you would like a tracking number for your order, you must convo us so it can be added to your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I appreciate your business and want all my customers to be happy. Because all of my items are custom, your purchase can not be returned/refunded.
I assume no responsibility for lost or damage product. However, If you are unhappy with your the outcome of your order, please contact me and explain your concerns and I will try my best to work out the situation. I am not responsible for late delivery due to an error with the post office.
Feedback is vital to the success of my shop, so I appreciate contact being made prior to leaving feedback so that we may work on resolving any issues with your order.
