My shabby chic flannel rag quilts in range in designs from vintage cowgirls to Vampires to my special Cancer care line. Each quilt is 4 layers of fabric; a "topper" of vibrant cotton patterns that makes up the "theme" of the blanket and 3 more of plush flannels; all sewn together into a sturdy, warm "couch throw" style quilt. The backs of my quilts are designed and pieced like the fronts so that you have a "reversible" blanket(or TWO quilts in one!), unlike most quilt backs which are made of a single piece of fabric.
Check out my small but growing selection of art quilts and wall hangings, along with more "traditional" styled quilts that I have fun designing and teaching here in Studio JHP. It's fun to mix it up!
I also offer beautifully stitched embroidery panels in a wide variety of themes, as well as "Chick Pix" digitizing service for those of you who would like portraits done to sew out on your own machines! If you would like to make your own quilt just ask! I will happily make a "KIT" up of almost any of my quilts for you, including the special shears needed to clip them! Want a quilt with a special theme but don't see it listed? I have over 300 bolts of fabric on the shelves here at Just Hatched and almost as many designs in my books (or in my head!! LOL). Simply tell me what you would like and in most cases I can have a computer design ready for you to take a peek at in just a few short days! I'd love to "hatch" one for you!
