♥ Every package will be send out with registered mail around 3-5 days after payment.

♥ Normal shipping time to most of the countries in Europe around 1 week, North America, Australia is around 14 days. Sometimes, the shipping time is longer, this will depend on the handling process of the post office in the destination country. (sometimes 10, sometimes 20 days)

♥ If you do not receive the order after 3 weeks, please contact the local post office first. None Claim orders will be returned to China after 14 days. I will refund money for item part only when I receive the none claim order, shipping cost is not refundable. (is is of course possible to send the order again)

♥ If the order was lost in the mail, full amount will be refund.
