Hi, I'm Karen Lizama and I want to thank you for checking out my unique handcrafted jewelry! I make each one by hand and try to make each piece special, they are all unique because I create them as I get inspired.

Payment

All purchases must be paid for immediately unless agreed beforehand.

Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Shipping

I ship anywhere in the world. You can choose Standard Delivery or Fedex Delivery.

Standard Delivery (3-6 weeks delivery):
- United States: $8 usd up to three pieces
- Rest of the world: $12 usd up to three pieces

Fedex (3 day delivery):
- United States: $25 usd up to three pieces
- Rest of the world: $33 usd up to three pieces

The pieces are shipped within 3 days of received payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I provide photos for my pieces; this photos are not color-enhanced and are a true representation of the piece. I make all my descriptions as accurate as possible. Please contact me if you have any questions about the item's description.

I will only accept returns within 3 days of purchase and ONLY if the items were clearly misrepresented by my photos or description. For all returns all items must be returned on their original packaging and in "new" state -without been worn-; all shipment prices will be responsibility of the buyer.
